What Payoneer actually is

Payoneer is a regulated payment and e-money provider, registered with FinCEN in the US and authorised by the FCA in the UK and the Central Bank of Ireland in the EU. It is not a bank in most markets.

Its edge is distribution: receiving accounts in the main trading currencies plus direct integrations with Amazon, Upwork, Fiverr, Airbnb and similar platforms, so payouts land without a local bank account in each market.

Marketplace sellers, agencies and freelancer-heavy businesses
