1.Who we are

GlobalBusinessAccounts.com is a brand of Velivion Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus under number HE 495527. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Velivion Ltd. "You" means anyone who uses the site.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

2.What the service is

We publish comparisons of business bank accounts, e-money accounts and payment accounts, and we introduce companies to providers and to licensed corporate service advisors.

We are not a bank, an e-money institution, a payment institution, a broker or a licensed adviser. We never hold or move client money, and we never open an account on your behalf without your instruction and your own application.

3.No advice

Everything on the site is general information. It is not banking, investment, legal, tax, accounting or compliance advice, and it does not take your circumstances into account. Take advice from a professional licensed in your jurisdiction before you act.

4.Eligibility

The site is for business use by people aged 18 or over who are acting for a company or an intended company. You confirm that you are authorised to act for the entity you enter details for.

We do not serve applicants in sanctioned jurisdictions, or any activity we consider unlawful or outside a provider's accepted risk profile.

5.Referral links and commercial relationships

Some links to providers are affiliate or referral links, and we may be paid a fee if you open or are approved for an account. It never costs you more than applying directly. Pages carrying such links show an advertising disclosure.

Some slots are paid placements and are labelled, for example the featured partner bar and the bank of the month. We only list providers we can support end to end, which usually means a commercial or verified working relationship. Payment is not a ranking parameter: the order inside a list is not for sale, and a fee never changes a rating, a review or a warning.

6.Accuracy and availability

Fees, minimums, currencies, timelines and eligibility change often and vary by applicant profile. Figures on the site are indicative and are checked periodically, not continuously. Always confirm the current terms with the provider before you apply.

We aim to keep the site available but we do not promise uninterrupted access, and we may change or remove content at any time.

7.Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, and for your own company registration, reporting, sanctions, anti-money-laundering and tax obligations.

• Do not submit false, misleading or third-party details without authority.
• Do not use the site to scrape, copy or resell our content.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the site, its security or other users.

8.Intellectual property

The content, layout, wording and design of the site belong to Velivion Ltd. You may read and share pages for your own business use, but you may not republish, resell or systematically copy them without written permission.

Provider names and logos belong to their owners and are used for identification only. Their presence implies no endorsement or affiliation.

9.Liability

No result, match or ranking on the site is an offer, and none of it guarantees that a provider will accept you. Approval, pricing and account terms are decided by the provider alone.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost business, rejected applications, delays, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from a provider's decision. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10.Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, your local mandatory rights are unaffected.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
